Concept Phase Activities. Concept and design phase activities, including, but not limited to, field surveys, right of way plats, design, engineering, traffic management and safety analysis, phasing plan, and other matters, shall be completed by the Parties as follows: County will complete, and procure professional services if deemed necessary, for all additional Concept Phase Activities of the Project outside those represented in Amendment 2 and Amendment 3.
