Common use of CONCERNING MARGIN ACCOUNTS, SENIOR SECURITY ACCOUNTS, AND COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS Clause in Contracts

CONCERNING MARGIN ACCOUNTS, SENIOR SECURITY ACCOUNTS, AND COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS. 1. The Custodian shall, from time to time, make such deposits to, or withdrawals from, a Senior Security Account as specified in a Certificate received by the Custodian. Such Certificate shall specify the Series for which such deposit or withdrawal is to be made and the amount of cash and/or the amount and kind of Securities specifically allocated to such Series to be deposited in, or withdrawn from, such Senior Security Account for such Series. In the event that the Fund fails to specify in a Certificate the Series, the name of the issuer, the title and the number of shares or the principal amount of any particular Securities to be deposited by the Custodian into, or withdrawn from, a Senior Securities Account, the Custodian shall be under no obligation to make any such deposit or withdrawal and shall so notify the Fund.

The Custodian shall, from time to time, make such deposits to, or withdrawals from, shall establish a Senior Security Account and from time to time make such deposits thereto, or withdrawals therefrom, as specified in a Certificate received by the CustodianCertificate. Such Certificate shall specify the Series for which such deposit or withdrawal is to be made and the amount of cash and/or the amount and kind of Securities specifically allocated to such Series to be deposited in, or withdrawn from, such Senior Security Account for such Series. In the event that the Fund fails to specify in a Certificate the Series, the name of the issuer, the title and the number of shares or the principal amount of any particular Securities to be deposited by the Custodian into, or withdrawn from, a Senior Securities Account, the Custodian shall be under no obligation to make any such deposit or withdrawal and shall so promptly notify the FundFund that no such deposit has been made.

In the event that the Fund Trust fails to specify in a Certificate the Series, the name of the issuer, the title and the number of shares or the principal amount of any particular Securities to be deposited by the Custodian into, or withdrawn from, a Senior Securities Account, the Custodian shall be under no obligation to make any such deposit or withdrawal and shall so notify the FundTrust.

The Custodian shall, from time to time, make such deposits to, or withdrawals from, a Senior Security Account as specified in a Certificate received by the Custodian. Such Certificate shall specify the Series for which such deposit or withdrawal is to be made and the amount of cash and/or the amount and kind of Securities specifically allocated to such Series to be deposited in, or withdrawn from, such Senior Security Account for such Series. In the event that the Fund fails to specify in a Certificate the Series, the name of the issuer, the title and the number of shares or the principal amount of any particular Securities to be deposited by the Custodian into, or withdrawn from, a Senior Securities Account, the Custodian shall be under no obligation to make any such deposit or withdrawal and shall so notify the Fund.

CONCERNING MARGIN ACCOUNTS, SENIOR SECURITY ACCOUNTS, AND COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS. 1. The Custodian shall, from time to time, make such deposits to, or withdrawals from, a a-Senior Security Account as specified in a Certificate received by the Custodian. Such Certificate shall specify the Series for which such deposit or withdrawal is to be made made, and the amount of cash and/or the amount and kind of Securities specifically allocated to such Series to be deposited in, or withdrawn from, such Senior Security Account for such Series. In the event that the Fund fails to specify in a Certificate the Series, the name of the issuer, the title and the number of shares or the principal amount of any particular Securities to be deposited by the Custodian into, or withdrawn from, a Senior Securities AccountAc- count, the Custodian shall be under no obligation to make any such deposit or withdrawal and shall so notify the Fund. 2. The Custodian shall make deliveries or payments from a Margin Account to the broker, dealer, futures commission merchant or Clearing Member in whose name, or for whose benefit, the account was established as specified in the Margin Account Agreement.

CONCERNING MARGIN ACCOUNTS, SENIOR SECURITY ACCOUNTS, AND COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS. 1. The Custodian Subcustodian shall, from time to time, make such deposits to, or withdrawals from, a Senior Security Account as specified in a Certificate received by the CustodianSubcustodian. Such Certificate shall specify the Series for which such deposit or withdrawal is to be made and the amount of cash and/or the amount and kind of Securities specifically allocated to such Series to be deposited in, or withdrawn from, such Senior Security Account for such Series. In the event that the Fund fails to specify in a Certificate the Series, the name of the issuer, the title and the number of shares or the principal amount of any particular Securities to be deposited by the Custodian Subcustodian into, or withdrawn from, a Senior Securities Security Account, the Custodian Subcustodian shall be under no obligation to make any such deposit or withdrawal and shall so notify the Fund.

CONCERNING MARGIN ACCOUNTS, SENIOR SECURITY ACCOUNTS, AND COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS. 1. The Custodian shall, from time to time, make such deposits to, or withdrawals from, shall establish a Senior Security Account and from time to time make such deposits thereto, or withdrawals therefrom, as specified in a Certificate received by the CustodianCertificate. Such Certificate shall specify the Series for which such deposit or withdrawal is to be made and the amount of cash and/or the amount and kind of Securities Securi- ties specifically allocated to such Series to be deposited in, or withdrawn from, such Senior Security Account for such Series. In the event that the Fund fails to specify in a Certificate the SeriesSer- ies, the name of the issuer, the title and the number of shares or the principal amount of any particular Securities to be deposited by the Custodian into, or withdrawn from, a Senior Securities Account, the Custodian shall be under no obligation to make any such deposit or withdrawal and shall so promptly notify the FundFund that no such deposit has been made.

In the event that the Fund fails to specify in a Certificate the Series, the name of the issuer, the title and the number of shares or the principal amount of any particular Securities to be deposited by the Custodian into, or withdrawn from, a Senior Securities AccountAc count, the Custodian shall be under no obligation to make any such deposit or withdrawal and shall so notify the Fund.

CONCERNING MARGIN ACCOUNTS, SENIOR SECURITY ACCOUNTS, AND COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS. 1. The Custodian shall, from time to time, make such deposits to, or withdrawals from, a Senior Security Account as specified in a Certificate received by the Custodian. Such Certificate shall specify the Series for which such deposit or withdrawal is to be made and the amount of cash and/or the amount and kind of Securities specifically allocated to such Series to be deposited in, or withdrawn from, such Senior Security Account for such Series. In the event that the Fund Corporation fails to specify in a Certificate the Series, the name of the issuer, the title and the number of shares or the principal amount of any particular Securities to be deposited by the Custodian into, or withdrawn from, a Senior Securities Account, the Custodian shall be under no obligation to make any such deposit or withdrawal and shall so notify the FundCorporation.

CONCERNING MARGIN ACCOUNTS, SENIOR SECURITY ACCOUNTS, AND COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS. 1. The Custodian shall, from time to time, make such deposits to, or withdrawals from, a Senior Security Account as specified in a Certificate received by the Custodian. Such Certificate shall specify the Series for which such deposit or withdrawal is to be made made, and the amount of cash and/or the amount and kind of Securities specifically allocated to such Series to be deposited in, or withdrawn from, such Senior Security Account for such Series. In the event that the Fund fails to specify in a Certificate the Series, the name of the issuer, the title and the number of shares or the principal amount of any particular Securities to be particular Securities to be deposited by the Custodian into, or withdrawn from, a Senior Securities Account, the Custodian shall be under no obligation to make any such deposit or withdrawal and shall so notify the Fund.

The Custodian shall, shall from time to time, make such additional deposits to, or withdrawals from, a Senior Security Account as specified in a Certificate received by the Custodian. Such Certificate shall specify the Series for which such deposit or withdrawal is to be made made, and the amount of cash and/or the amount and kind of Securities specifically allocated to such Series to be deposited in, or withdrawn from, such Senior Security Account for such Series. In , in the event that the Fund fails to specify in a Certificate the Series, the name of the issuer, the title and the number of shares or the principal amount of any particular par- ticular Securities to be deposited by the Custodian into, or withdrawn from, a Senior Securities Account, the Custodian shall be under no obligation to make any such deposit or withdrawal and shall so notify the Fund.

In the event that the Fund fails to specify in a Certificate the Series, the name of the issuer, the title and the number of shares or the principal amount of any particular Securities securities to be deposited by the Custodian into, or withdrawn from, a Senior Securities Account, the Custodian shall be under no obligation to make any such deposit or withdrawal and shall so notify the Fund.
