Common use of Concerning Sales Clause in Contracts

Concerning Sales. At any sale under this Article IV, any Secured Party may bid for and purchase the property offered for sale, may make payment on account thereof as herein provided, and, upon compliance with the terms of sale, may hold, retain and dispose of such property without further accountability therefor. Any purchaser shall be entitled, for the purpose of making payment for the property purchased, to deliver any of the Obligations in lieu of cash in the amount which shall be payable thereon as principal or interest. Said Obligations, in case the amount so payable to the holders thereof shall be less than the amounts due thereon, shall be returned to the holders thereof after being stamped or endorsed to show partial payment.
