Common use of Concerns with the Process Clause in Contracts

Concerns with the Process. If a complainant, respondent, the Union or the Employer has a concern with the application of this process, they will inform the intake officer or case manager of their concerns at the earliest opportunity. All parties are expected to attempt resolution of such concerns in ways that allow the process to move forward.
