Concession Equipment. The District shall provide the Equipment set forth in Exhibit “A” to this Agreement for Concessionaire’s use in operation of the Concession Stand for the purposes set forth herein (“Concession Equipment”). Concessionaire shall not make any alterations, additions, or improvements to the Concession Stand or Concession Equipment without the District’s prior written consent. In the event the District consents to the making of any alterations, additions or improvements to the Concession Stand or Concession Equipment, the same shall be made at Concessionaire’s sole cost and expense, and in the event such alterations, additions or improvements are made to a structure, building or other improvement attached to the real property, the same will become a part of the real property and be surrendered to the District upon the termination if this Agreement.

Concession Equipment. Concessionaire shall have the right to use the Concession Equipment listed at Exhibit C to this Agreement for the purpose of operating its business in the Assigned Area in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, provided, in no event shall Concessionaire remove any Concession Equipment from the Elko Regional Airport without the written consent of the City; further provided, in the event Concessionaire should damage or destroy any Concession Equipment listed at Exhibit C, Concessionaire shall immediately upon written demand from the City pay to the City the full replacement value or the cost to repair the Concession Equipment, at the option of the City. The failure of Concessionaire to fulfill the terms of the preceding sentence within thirty (30) days of written demand from the City shall constitute an Event of Default.
Concession Equipment. During the entire term of this Lease, CONCESSIONAIRE shall furnish, at CONCESSIONAIRE’s own expense, fixtures, food and beverage equipment, and supplies 3 including glassware, eating utensils, trays, carts, and cash registers or point of sale computers. 4 CONCESSIONAIRE acknowledges that said fixtures, equipment, and supplies will be maintained and kept in good condition, intact by repair and/or replacement by CONCESSIONAIRE at 5 CONCESSIONAIRE’s own expense. At anytime during the term of this Lease or upon termination or expiration of this Lease, CONCESSIONAIRE shall repair the Premises to its 6 original condition should placement or removals of CONCESSIONAIRE’s equipment cause any damage to the Premises. 7
Concession Equipment. Except for the equipment included in Exhibit B, the Lessee shall install at its own expense any equipment necessary to operate the Restaurant. All equipment shall be maintained in good order at the sole cost of the Lessee. Plans and specifications for all equipment shall be submitted to the Director of Culture, Parks and recreation or his designee for approval prior to installation and will be subject to the approval of the Town and the Farmington Valley Health District where applicable. All such equipment shall be removed by the Lessee within three (3) days of termination of this contract. If any of the property remains on the Demised Premises after the three (3) day period, the Town may either take title to the property or charge all costs for removal of said property to the Lessee. The equipment included in Exhibit B owned by the Town on the Demised Premises is available to the Lessee as is, without any future maintenance obligations to the Town.

Concession Equipment. It shall be the responsibility of the Team to purchase the equipment necessary for the operation and sale of concession items. Concession facilities not affixed to the Civic Stadium and provided by the Team shall be considered temporary and remain the property of the Team at the termination of this Lease and Use Agreement. The Team shall have the right to remove all such temporary concession equipment or facilities placed in the Civic Stadium; provided, the Team shall leave the Civic Stadium in its original condition, reasonable wear and tear expected.
Concession Equipment. The Authority and Team each acknowledge that the design and procurement of certain food service equipment, fixtures, furnishings, technology and smallwares within the Project (collectively, the "Concession Equipment") will not occur until after Certification of GMP and, further, that the foregoing Concession Equipment will not be included in the Construction Manager's scope of work at Certification of GMP but will be procured from and installed by other contractors or vendors unless later contracted for with the Construction Manager.
Concession Equipment. The Tenant or the Subcontractor shall have the right to utilize the equipment, fixtures and supplies that are owned by the Landlord that are currently located at the Stadium (the “Landlord’s Concession Equipment”). An itemized inventory of the Landlord’s Concession Equipment is attached as Schedule “B” to this Lease. In the event the Tenant needs or desires to supplement the Landlord’s Concession Equipment, the Tenant may supply, at its own cost and expense, all such supplemental equipment, fixtures and supplies, and these supplemental equipment, fixtures, and supplies shall be owned by the Tenant unless it is a provided by a third party in which case it shall be owned by the third party. The Landlord shall indemnify and save harmless the Tenant from any claims that arise from the sale of the Landlord’s Concession Equipment to any third party.
