Concession Facilities Withdrawals. The Director may withdraw all or portions of these Concession Facilities assignments at any time during the term of this Contract if: (1) The withdrawal is necessary for the purpose of conserving, preserving or protecting Area resources or visitor enjoyment or safety; (2) The operations utilizing the assigned Concession Facilities have been terminated or suspended by the Director; or (3) Land or real property improvements assigned to the Concessioner are no longer necessary for the concession operation.
