CONCESSION SALES Clause Samples

The CONCESSION SALES clause defines the terms under which a party is permitted to sell goods or services at a specific venue or event. It typically outlines the types of products allowed, the designated sales areas, and any revenue-sharing or fee arrangements between the concessionaire and the venue owner. This clause ensures that both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding sales activities, helping to prevent disputes over sales rights, product offerings, or financial arrangements.
