If the Licensor declines this option or is not able to meet the level of service required by the Host Society, in the sole opinion and absolute discretion of the Host Society, the Host Society may assume responsibility for the provision of Concession Sales at the Venue during the Games Period. All proceeds from the provision of Concession Sales will remain with the respective service provider unless otherwise provided herein.

CONCESSION SALES. Landlord reserves the right to operate for its own account, or contract for the operation for its own account, all concessions ancillary to the Event including without limitation all concessions for the dispensing and sale of food, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, programs, souvenirs and novelties. Renter is responsible for safeguarding against and absorbing any loss by Landlord of sales and/or concessions. Upon written consent of Landlord, Renter and any exhibitors or other persons caused by Renter to come on the premises may distribute free samples of food stuffs or beverages. Renter may be granted to serve own concessions on a case by case basis and must have final approval by Center.
CONCESSION SALES. During the dates of the conference, the Client may sell its conference-related materials or other educational materials at a location or locations to be arranged with UVM. The Client bears full responsibility for all local and state sales taxes. Client must make prior arrangements for all food and/or consumable product sales and/or sampling by Group.

The School acknowledges that the exclusive rights of the sale at all concessions for games at the arenas belongs to Xxxxx’x Fine Foods Services Inc. or the applicable concession contract provider. The School further understands that all revenues and profits generated by the sale at concessions which will occur in the Arena as part of the games held by the School shall belong to BFF or the applicable concession contract provider.
