Food and Beverage Services. City or its assignee is hereby authorized to sell food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, within the restaurant. City or its assignee must obtain and maintain all City, State and Federal licenses and certificates necessary to operate the food and beverage services in accordance with business and health standards. All employees must be able to meet such associated standards as well. City or its assignee may operate the restaurant facility so as to maintain hours of service in conjunction with all regular golf course activities, including regularly or specially scheduled tournaments. The restaurant may be operated at additional times, so long as it complies with all laws and regulations applicable thereto. City or its assignee may install and maintain, at their own expense, all equipment necessary to operate a food and beverage service. City or its assignee shall provide and maintain the necessary inventory of food and beverage products required to satisfy the public demand thereof.

Food and Beverage Services. Renters may use any commercial or individual caterer for food and beverage services at the event. City Hall’s food service provider located at 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx on the 5th floor offers catering services at a cost. Xxxxxx’s shall indemnify and hold the City harmless from and against any and all costs, expenses or liability incurred as a result of using a catering company or individual for their event. Renter using a licensed caterer or individual shall place the following documents on file with the City of Atlanta General Services Department prior to the event: ▪ Proof of Insurance (i) Workers Compensation (ii) General Liability (iii) Product LiabilityHealth Department Documents (i) Food Service Establishment Inspection Report (ii) Health Department Permit (ii) Department of revenue – Sales and Use Tax Division (iii) License to Sell Alcohol Beverages for On-premise Consumption Renter will further indemnify and hold the City harmless for claims or actions by Xxxxxx’s caterer for damage, theft or destruction of caterer’s preparation materials brought into the Facilities. The City represents and Renter acknowledges that there is no kitchen facility, storage, or ice machine available for food preparation, food service or event usage by outside caterers. (Initials) In no case shall catering equipment or supplies are left in City Hall Facilities after the conclusion of the event or for later pick-up. The City will not be responsible for any lost theft of or damage to any catering supplies or equipment or any other property which is the responsibility of the caterer and the Renter. The City will not assume or accept responsibility for damages to or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the building prior to, during, or following the event. Usage Fees include normal cleaning of the premises. The removal of leftover ice, glassware, china, and food is not considered normal cleaning and is the responsibility of caterer and Renter.
Food and Beverage Services. All food and beverages consumed at the Vic must be furnished by the Vic. Verrado Golf reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service to a Member or guest when that Member or guest appears to be intoxicated. Special permission is required for The Vic employees to deliver food or alcoholic beverages to locations away from the immediate area of the restaurant or other designated areas of the Vic. Food and beverages, including alcohol, may only be consumed on the premises at The Center and Swim Park in designated areas only and must be in approved containers. Management may require additional insurance coverage from Members who serve alcohol on the premises where The Amenities are located. Liquor sales are not permitted within The Amenities. No glass of any kind is permitted within The Amenities, including bottles, glass/ceramic serving dishes, etc. Food, candy, gum, and beverages are not permitted at any time within the pool area and must remain a minimum of four (4) feet from the water’s edge.
Food and Beverage Services. The sale of all products and the performance of all Services will be subject to the approval of the Authority. All Services must be performed in a first-class manner demonstrating the highest level of customer service and product quality. In connection with the Services, the Manager shall be responsible for the following, without limitation: A. Ordering, receiving and storing all food and beverage products, supplies and equipment; B. Moving food and beverage products, supplies and equipment to the storage and preparation areas or to the designated Event or other XxXxxxxxx Place location; C. Preparing and serving all food and beverage for guests; D. Cleaning all areas used in preparing, storing, transporting and serving food and beverage; and E. Managing and overseeing all food and beverage outlets. The Manager must provide the Services in the form of Banquet Operations and Concession Operations of the nature and in the locations set forth herein. If the Authority adds facilities to XxXxxxxxx Place not contemplated herein, the Authority reserves the right to renegotiate with the Manager a contract for Services in the new facilities.
Food and Beverage ServicesThe Festival agrees to make thirty-five (35) hours of work available to seasonal full-time Employees and fifteen (15) hours of work available to seasonal part-time Employees during the scheduled term of their employment. In cases where the Festival is closed for a paid holiday, the Festival will schedule employees to be paid a total of thirty-five (35) hours. Any hours an Employee is paid for during a work week while performing work in Festival facilities for parties other than the Festival shall be applied to the Festival’s guaranteed hours.
Food and Beverage Services. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Team San Xxxx agrees to manage and perform the presentation and delivery of Food and Beverages (the "Services") in accordance with, and provide the Food and Beverages detailed on, the Event Resume (defined below).
Food and Beverage ServicesThe Hotel F & B Operator (F & B Operator) was procured through a separate process. The F&B Operator shall cooperate with Hotel Management. Specifically, the F & B Operator shall cooperate with the complimentary breakfast meal program as required by the Hotel. The F&B Operator will also provide meals for room service delivery, meals for catering events within the Facilities, and meals at other special events as may be allowed by MDAD. The meals shall be billable to Hotel Management at food cost plus a ten (10) percent xxxx-up. The Hotel Management shall provide support for the provision of such services, which shall include, but is not limited to, establishment of hours of operations, provision of labor to set up and deliver meals, provision of labor to return dishes, cutlery, and carts to the F&B Operator, establishment of Hotel guest charges, provision and operation of intercompany accounting and interfacing with the Hotel property management system. Cooperation is essential to the Hotel guest experience such that cooperation may not be unreasonably withheld, in the sole determination of the Department, whose decision is final in all matters pertaining to supporting the Hotel. Hotel Management shall xxxx guests for room service and catering food service at fair market value plus the allowable ten (10) percent xxxx-up. The F & B Operator shall assist/participate with Hotel Management in providing food and beverage and personnel as warranted in the event of a hurricane, or mass migration, natural, or manmade disaster(s) preparedness, and/or response. Such costs are billable at cost plus a ten (10) percent xxxx- up. The F & B Operator selected by RFQ solicitation number MDAD-13-04 shall operate the restaurant a minimum of eighteen (18) hours daily, commencing with meal service at 6:00 a.m. until closing at midnight. The remainder Facilities may be adjusted to meet demand, as approved in advance by the Department. The F & B Operator shall also operate food and beverage services as assigned, including a meal service for each day- part, from at least two locations, special or catered events, room service, purchasing of food, preparation of meals and general oversight of deliveries of goods and products for the operations.
