Concession Services. The preparation and sale of all food and beverages, including Alcoholic Beverages served or sold from permanent or portable snack bars, concession stands or roving vendors to individual customers at the Facilities. These items include, but are not limited to, sodas, hot dogs, hamburgers, hot and cold sandwiches, popcorn, candy bars, potato chips and pretzels, and all beverages, including Alcoholic Beverages to the extent permitted hereby.
Concession Services. See Addendum E.
Concession Services. 1.1. The City hereby grants the Operator the right to operate, manage, and maintain two (2) concession facilities at the Park (collectively the “Concession Facilities”) upon the terms and conditions contained herein; Operator hereby agrees to operate, maintain, and manage said concession facilities upon the terms and conditions stated herein.
1.2. Operator shall ensure that the Concession Facilities are open and serving during all scheduled games and tournaments. The schedule of said games shall be provided to Operator on a monthly basis, at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the first scheduled game of the month. Schedules shall be delivered by email to the Operator’s email address at xxxxxxxx00@xxxxx.xxx, or to any other address so designated from time to time in writing by the Operator.
Concession Services. The Lessor reserves the right to establish fees and require permits for the operation of concessions, restaurants, car rentals, taxicab and other ground transportation services and other commercial activities at the Airport.
Concession Services. That in the furnishing of Concession services, no person on the grounds of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, or a physical handicap or disability, as defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, shall be denied the benefits of this Concession services, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination;
Concession Services. Concessionaire shall offer for sale at the Concession Stand food, drinks, candy, and snacks during specified Events. Concessionaire shall offer only those concessions which are typically sold at comparable school district-sponsored events. No liquor, tobacco, or illegal substances shall be handled, sold, or allowed in or about the Concession Stand.
Concession Services. The Concessionaire shall provide the following services to the public: (“Concession Services”)
Concession Services. 1.1 The Operator may at all times during the Concession Period provide and operate the Concession Services specified in this Schedule 1.6, save that in providing and operating the Concession Services, the Operator shall not take any action which:
(a) is detrimental to RfL’s or TfL’s reputation or the value of the LRC to Successor Operators;
(b) prejudices the continuity of the provision of the Concession Services by a Successor Operator at the end of the Concession Period; or
Concession Services. Subject to the Authority’s prior written approval, the Contractor may provide its General Aviation Aircraft customers with food and beverage services and offer in-flight catering to its customers; offer long distance, pay telephone, specialized weather information, and other services to its customers on the Premises; and provide its customers with newsstand and sundry concession services. The Contractor may act as an agent for a rental car company that has a current on-Airport lease and concession contract with the Authority, provided that, all on-Airport rental car concessionaires shall be granted an equal opportunity to provide courtesy transportation for customers to and from the Premises and advertise services on any common, service-display units provided on the Premises.
Concession Services. For and in consideration of the services, contracts, and agreements herein entered into and agreed upon by the Concessionaire as obligations to the City, the City agrees to permit the operation of concession sales during the term herein stated at the Xxxxxx Park public swimming pool.
