Concessionaire and its Subcontractors shall make change for the public regardless of whether a purchase is made and shall give directions when asked by any Airport user.

Concessionaire’s waiver The Concessionaire hereby further releases, assigns and waives any and all rights of subrogation or recovery against, inter alia, the Authority and its assigns, undertakings and their subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, successors, insurers and underwriters, which the Concessionaire may otherwise have or acquire in or from or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by policies of insurance maintained or required to be maintained by the Concessionaire pursuant to this Agreement (other than third party liability insurance policies) or because of deductible clauses in or inadequacy of limits of any such policies of insurance.
Furniture and Equipment For purposes of this Lease, the terms “furniture and equipment” shall mean collectively all furniture, furnishings, wall coverings, fixtures and hotel equipment and systems located at, or used in connection with, the Hotel, together with all replacements therefor and additions thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all equipment and systems required for the operation of kitchens and bars, laundry and dry cleaning facilities, (ii) office equipment, (iii) material handling equipment, cleaning and engineering equipment, (iv) telephone and computerized accounting systems, and (v) vehicles.
Software and Services Upon execution of this Contract, a notice of award for RFO DIR-SDD-TMP-232 shall be posted by DIR on the Electronic State Business Daily.

SUBLEASING Without limiting City’s discretion in approving or disapproving a proposed Transfer, if and to the extent City permits Tenant to sublease the Premises, the following shall apply:
Licences 6.1 The Hirer shall be responsible for obtaining any licences and for completing any returns that may be required by the Performing Rights Society, Phonographic Performance Limited, The Copyright Licensing Agency Limited and all other similar bodies in connection with the hiring and the Hirer shall indemnify the Council against the consequences of the Hirer’s failure to do so.
Sub-licensing The Licensee shall be entitled to grant sub-licences of its rights under this Agreement to any person, provided that:
Subleases (a) Promptly, but in any event within five (5) Business Days, following the execution and delivery of any sublease permitted by this Article XXV, Lessee shall notify Lessor of the execution of such sublease. As of the date of each Lease Supplement, Lessee shall lease the respective Property described in such Lease Supplement from Lessor, and any existing tenant respecting such Property shall automatically be deemed to be a subtenant of Lessee and not a tenant of Lessor.
Licensing The Subrecipient, unless otherwise exempted by law, shall obtain and maintain all licenses, permits, and authority necessary to perform those acts it is obligated to perform under this Agreement.
CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE CONTRACTOR must possess at the time of commencing work and throughout the Project duration, a Contractor’s License, issued by the State of California, which is current and in good standing. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that any subcontractor working on the Project possesses at the time of commencing work and throughout the Project duration, a Contractor’s License, issued by the State of California, which is current and in good standing.
