CONCILIATION MEDIATION AND/OR ARBITRATION. Should the parties together with the Dispute Resolution Committee, fail to resolve the dispute, they shall be entitled to refer the dispute to the CCMA or the respective Bargaining Council or any other third party intervention, for resolution.
