Conclusion and recommendation. Depending on the tools utilized, there is a different proportion of sarcopenia risk; SARC-Calf 33 and 34 screens most cases. Ideally, as international guidelines, sarcopenia screening should be incorporated into the standard care of patients with cancer. However, this practice is uncommon in Indonesia. Sarcopenia screening is quick and easy. However, validating the suitable screening tools used in the Indonesian population is needed. REFERENCES Baracos, V. E. (2018). Cancer-associated malnutrition.
