Conclusiveness of Statements; Survival of Provisions. Determinations and statements of any Lender pursuant to this Section 6 shall be conclusive absent demonstrable error, and each Lender may use reasonable averaging and attribution methods in determining compensation pursuant to Section 6.1 or 6.4. The provisions of this Section 6 shall survive termination of this Agreement and payment of the Committed Loans.
