Conclusiveness of Statements; Survival of Provisions. Determinations and statements of any Bank pursuant to this Section 6 shall be conclusive absent demonstrable error, and each Bank may use reasonable averaging and attribution methods in determining compensation pursuant to Section 6.1 or 6.4.
