Common use of Concurrence Presumed Clause in Contracts

Concurrence Presumed. It is agreed that: (i) Grantor and all parties claiming by, through or under Grantor shall be deemed to be in accord with the provisions of this document; and (ii) all such parties and any party claiming by, through or under them, and their respective agents, contractors, sub-contractors and employees, also agree that the Restriction herein established shall not be violated and that their respective interests in the [Property] [Restricted Area] shall be subject to the provisions herein set forth.
