If any damage or injury is caused by the joint or concurrent negligence of the Parties, their officers, employees, agents, Subcontractors, or Suppliers, the Parties shall bear the loss in proportion to their or their officers’, employees’, agents’, Subcontractors’ or Suppliers’ degree of negligence.
