Concurrent Termination. In the event that the Management Agreement is terminated for any reason, Team San ▇▇▇▇ shall have the option to terminate this Agreement upon 180 days written notice to City (the “Termination Option”). Team San ▇▇▇▇ may exercise Termination Option at any time within 90 days after the termination of the Management Agreement.
