You hereby waive any moral rights you may have in the Data. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the license above and that none of your Data is defamatory, violates any rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy), violates applicable law or if used pursuant to this license, would require the payment of any fees.
