The condemnation, seizure or appropriation of any material portion (as reasonably determined by Beneficiary) of the Property; or the sequestration or attachment of, or levy or execution upon any of the Property, the Collateral or any other collateral provided by Borrower or Trustor under any of the Loan Documents, or any material portion of the other assets of Borrower or Trustor, which sequestration, attachment, levy or execution is not released or dismissed within 45 days after its occurrence; or the sale of any assets affected by any of the foregoing.
