Condemnation Notification Sample Clauses

Condemnation Notification. Sonder will promptly notify Marriott if it receives notice of any proposed taking of a material portion of a Property by eminent domain, condemnation, compulsory acquisition or similar proceeding by any governmental authority (“Condemnation”). Any condemnation award or similar compensation received by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be the property of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will have no claim with respect thereto; provided, however, Marriott will have the right to bring a separate proceeding against the condemning authority for any damages and expenses specifically incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a result of such Condemnation.
