Condemnation of Lessee-Owned Property. The Lessee shall be entitled to the Net Proceeds of any condemnation award or portion thereof made for the damages to or takings of its own property other than the Project.

Condemnation of Lessee-Owned Property. The Lessee shall also be entitled to the Net Proceeds of any condemnation award or portion thereof made for the damages to to, or takings of its own property other than not included in the Project, provided that any Net Proceeds resulting from damages to, or a taking of all or any part of the leasehold estate of the Lessee in the Project created by this Lease Agreement shall be paid and applied in the manner provided in Section 7.2 hereof.
