Condemnation Proceedings. No condemnation or eminent domain proceedings are pending or, to the best of Contributor's knowledge, threatened against the Property or any part thereof, and Contributor has made no commitments to and has received no notice, oral or written, of the desire of any public authority or other entity to take or use the Property or any part thereof whether temporarily or permanently, for easements, rights-of-way, or other public or quasi-public purposes.
