Common use of Condemnations Clause in Contracts

Condemnations. There are no pending condemnation or similar proceedings affecting the Property, and to Seller’s knowledge, no such action is threatened in writing. The Seller shall have the right to update the representations and warranties contained in this Section 9.1.7 to reflect the commencement of any condemnation proceeding or similar proceeding affecting the Property or any threat thereof after the date of the Effective Date (which matters shall be governed by the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement).
