Condition and Acceptance of Premises. Tenant accepts the Demised Premises in their current condition and acknowledges that the Demised Premises is in good order and repair, unless otherwise indicated herein. By occupying the Demised Premises, Tenant shall be conclusively deemed to have accepted the Demised Premises as being in the condition required by this Agreement. If requested by Landlord, Tenant will sign a statement confirming the Commencement Date and ratifying acceptance of the Demised Premises. With respect to the property: A) Right to Leasehold Improvements.
