Common use of Condition of Art upon Transfer to the County Clause in Contracts

Condition of Art upon Transfer to the County. The Artist and the County will make mutually agreeable arrangements for the Art to be delivered to the Administration Building. The absence of any notation on this Agreement or its attachments as to the condition of the Art at the time it was received by the County shall not mean it was in good condition on receipt.
