Condition of Expiration. Upon the expiration of the Term the Tenant shall surrender and deliver up to the Landlord vacant possession of the Leased Premises, which Leased Premises at such time, unless the expiration of the Term has occurred pursuant to Article 5.08, shall be in the condition in which the same must be maintained during the Term pursuant to Articles 5.01 and 5.02 and as the same must otherwise be restored pursuant to Article 9.02.
