CONDITION OF FURNITURE. Upon the commencement of the term of this Lease, Lessor shall deliver the Furniture to Lessee in good order and repair, subject to normal wear and tear. Lessee acknowledges that Lessor is not a seller under the California Uniform Commercial Code and that Lessor makes no warranties of any nature, including, but not limited to, warranties as to the merchantability of the Furniture, its fitness for any particular purpose, its installation, its size, design, capacity or condition, its quality, its compliance with any law, rule, specification or contract or latent defects.
