Condition of Premises at Time of Lease. The Tenant further acknowledges that he has examined the said leased premises prior to the making of this lease, and knows the condition thereof, and that no representation as to the condition or state of repairs thereof have been made by the Landlord, or his agent, which are not herein expressed, and the Tenant hereby accepts the leased premises in their present condition at the date of the execution of this lease.
