Common use of Condition of Premises on Delivery Clause in Contracts

Condition of Premises on Delivery. The Premises are rented "as-is", without any additional services or improvements to be provided by Landlord unless otherwise specified in Exhibit "E" attached hereto. Taking possession of the Premises by Tenant shall be conclusive evidence as against Tenant that the Premises and the Project were in good and satisfactory condition when possession was taken.
