Condition of Properties and Equipment. The buildings and structures comprise the Real Properties and, to the best of the knowledge of the Corporation and the Shareholder, those comprising the Leased Premises, are free of any structural defect. The heating, ventilating, plumbing, drainage, electrical and air conditioning systems and all other systems used in the Real Properties and the Leased Premises and all machinery, equipment, tools, furniture, furnishings and materials used in the Business are in good working order, fully operational and free of any defect, except for normal wear and tear.
