Common use of Condition of Tangible Assets Clause in Contracts

Condition of Tangible Assets. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.4, the tangible Personal Property and any other tangible Purchased Assets are in reasonable operating condition and are sufficient for the operation of the Business as presently conducted and are in conformity in all material respects with all applicable laws, ordinances, orders, regulations and other requirements (including, without limitation, applicable occupational safety and health laws and regulations) relating thereto currently in effect.

Condition of Tangible Assets. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.4, the tangible Personal Property and any other tangible Purchased Assets are in reasonable operating condition and are sufficient for the operation of the Business as presently conducted and are in conformity in all material respects with all applicable laws, ordinances, orders, regulations and other requirements (including, without limitation, applicable occupational safety and health laws and regulations) relating thereto currently in effect.

Except as set forth on Schedule 5.45.4 hereto, the tangible Personal Property and any other tangible Purchased Assets are in reasonable operating condition and are sufficient for the operation of the Business as presently conducted conducted, and, to the best knowledge of Seller and the Partners, are in conformity in all material respects with all applicable laws, ordinances, orders, regulations and other requirements (including, without limitation, applicable occupational safety and health laws and regulations) relating thereto currently in effect.

Condition of Tangible Assets. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.42.31 hereto, the tangible Personal Property personal property and any other tangible Purchased Assets assets of Company and each Subsidiary are in reasonable good operating condition and condition, are sufficient for the operation of the Business businesses as presently conducted by Company and each Subsidiary, and are in conformity in all material respects with all applicable laws, ordinances, orders, regulations and other requirements (including, without limitation, applicable occupational safety and health laws and regulations) relating thereto currently in effect.

Except as set forth on Schedule 5.45.4 attached hereto, the tangible Personal Property and any other tangible Purchased Assets are in reasonable operating condition and are sufficient for the operation of the Business Centers as presently conducted and are in conformity in all material respects with all applicable laws, ordinances, orders, regulations and other requirements (including, without limitation, applicable occupational safety and health laws and regulations) relating thereto currently in effect.

Except as set forth on Schedule 5.44.3, the tangible Personal Property and any other tangible Purchased Assets are in reasonable operating condition and are sufficient for the operation of the Business Center as presently conducted and are in conformity in all material respects with all applicable laws, ordinances, orders, regulations and other requirements (including, without limitation, applicable occupational safety and health laws and regulations) relating thereto currently in effect.
