Condition of the Aircraft; Modifications. (a) Lessor, as a condition of Lessee’s obligation to accept the Aircraft, shall, at its sole cost and expense, cause the Aircraft, including the Aircraft Documents, to meet all requirements set forth in Appendix G hereto (the “Delivery Condition Requirements”) as of the Delivery.
