Common use of CONDITION OF THE ENGINE AT DELIVERY Clause in Contracts

CONDITION OF THE ENGINE AT DELIVERY. On the Delivery Date, as a condition to Lessee’s obligation to accept delivery thereof, the Engine shall be in the condition provided in Part II of Schedule A hereto. Lessor shall coordinate with Lessee, in anticipation of delivery of the Engine, in the exercise of Lessor’s inspection rights under the purchase agreement relating to the Engine.
