Condition of the LNG Vessel. Each LNG Vessel shall be, in accordance with International LNG Vessel Standards: (a) fitted in every way for the safe loading, unloading, handling and carrying of LNG in bulk at atmospheric pressure; and (b) tight, staunch, strong and otherwise seaworthy with cargo handling and storage systems (including instrumentation) necessary for the safe loading, unloading, handling, carrying and measuring of LNG in good order and condition. The location of the unloading manifold shall allow a safe margin for movement of the arms within the operating envelope.
