Condition of the Premise when Returned. 1. Unless Party A agrees to the renew by Party B, Party B shall return such premise within seven days after the expiry of the term of lease under this Contract. In the event of delay in returning the premise without Party A's consent, for each day that such return is delayed, Party B shall pay a fee of 4.0 yuan / square meter (RMB) for using the premise during period that it occupies such premise.
