Common use of Condition of Townhome on Renting Clause in Contracts

Condition of Townhome on Renting. Landlord shall deliver the Townhome in good order and repair. Xxxxxx has inspected the Townhome and agrees that the same is in good order and repair. Tenant accepts the Townhome and all furnishings in their present condition "as is", and Landlord has not promised to do any work as part of Tenant's agreeing to occupy the Townhome.
