CONDITION PRECEDENT - LOAN. 6.1. In the event of an amount having been inserted in Clause 3.5 of the Covering Schedule, this Agreement is subject to the condition precedent that the Purchaser is granted a loan within the period specified in Clause 3.7 of the Covering Schedule (the ”Initial Period”) from a bank or financial institution in the amount specified in Clause 3.5 of the Covering Schedule or such lesser amount as the Purchaser may accept on the terms that the aforesaid bank or financial institution normally approves mortgage loans for Sectional Title Residential Sections.
