The Parties understand and agree that each Party’s willingness to enter into this Agreement is contingent upon the execution of both this Agreement and the mRNA RiboTherapeutics Sublicense Agreement, which grants certain other rights to Company under Patent Rights than the rights granted to Company in this Agreement.
