Condition to Closing Relating to Bankruptcy. In addition to the conditions to Closing set forth in Sections 8.1 and 8.2 of this Agreement, the Closing shall be subject to the satisfaction of the condition that the Bankruptcy Court shall have entered the Approval Order, and such order shall be a Final Order.
