Condition to Obligations of the Founder Purchaser; Funding. The obligations of the Founder Purchaser to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby shall be subject to the satisfaction (or waiver by such Purchaser) on or prior to the Founder Closing Date of the condition that the Founder Purchaser shall have obtained sufficient funding to consummate the transactions contemplated hereunder.
