Common use of Condition to Release of Shares Clause in Contracts

Condition to Release of Shares. The release of Unreleased Shares from the Company’s Repurchase Option pursuant to subparagraph 2(a) shall be conditioned on Holder’s delivery to the Company of an executed General Release substantially in the form attached as Exhibit G to the Grant Notice (which General Release shall be subject to revision from time-to-time by the Company due to, among other things, changing legal and regulatory requirements) and the Holder’s non-revocation of such General Release during the time period for such revocation set forth therein.

Condition to Release of Shares. The release of Unreleased Shares from the Company’s 's Repurchase Option pursuant to subparagraph 2(a3(d) shall be conditioned on the Holder’s 's delivery to the Company of an executed General Release substantially in the form attached as Exhibit G to the Grant Notice (which General Release shall be subject to revision from time-to-time by the Company due to, among other things, changing legal and regulatory requirements) and the Holder’s 's non-revocation of such General Release during the time period for such revocation set forth therein. 4. Limit on Release of Shares. In no event will more than 100% of the Unreleased Shares be released from the Company's Repurchase Option pursuant to the provisions of this Exhibit B.
