Conditional Consents. Any consent by Landlord to any assignment or subleasing may be subject to any terms or conditions as Landlord shall determine appropriate (including but not limited to requiring that any and all guarantors of the Lease agree to continue to guarantee the Lease obligations after the assignment) and all such terms and conditions shall be binding upon any person holding by, under or through Tenant.
