Common use of Conditional Exercise Clause in Contracts

Conditional Exercise. In the event that the Holder intends to exercise this Warrant upon a Realization Event, the Holder shall be entitled to condition such exercise on the consummation of a Realization Event and shall indicate same on the Notice of Exercise and, having done so, the Holder will only be required to pay the applicable aggregate Exercise Price if, and at such time as, the Realization Event is consummated.

Conditional Exercise. In the event that the Holder intends to exercise this Warrant upon with respect to a Realization Event, the Holder shall be entitled to condition such exercise on the consummation of a Realization Event and shall indicate same as such on the Notice of Exercise and, having done so, form attached hereto as Exhibit A and the Holder will only be required to pay the applicable aggregate Exercise Price if, and at such time as, as the Realization Event is consummated.
