Common use of Conditional Sales Clause in Contracts

Conditional Sales. The Company Parties shall not make any sale to any customer on a bxxx-and-hold, guaranteed sale, sale and return, sale on approval, consignment or any other repurchase or return basis, other than in the ordinary course of business consistent with prior practice.
