Common use of Conditional Subsequent Exchange Clause in Contracts

Conditional Subsequent Exchange. The Closing of the proposed acquisition of the Target as contemplated by this Agreement, shall occur as soon as all conditions have been satisfied or waived following execution of this Agreement, and the parties shall use their good faith efforts to close the transactions on or before November 30, 2017.
