CONDITIONAL UPON PAYMENT. Where applicable, You agree that this Agreement is conditional upon Apollo being paid by the Travel Agent or Travel Wholesaler who arranged this Agreement on Your behalf. You agree that You will pay to Apollo, upon demand, any shortfall based on standard gross rental rate for the rental period.
