Common use of Conditional Use Permit Conditions Clause in Contracts

Conditional Use Permit Conditions. Applicant acknowledges and agrees that it is subject to all the terms and conditions contained in the Conditional Use Permit (“CUP”) approved by the Board of Supervisors for the Project. The CUP approved by the Board on is attached as Exhibit A and is hereby incorporated herein. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to absolve Applicant of any obligation pursuant to the CUP.
