CONDITIONS AND SERVITUDES. The Purchaser shall be obliged to accept transfer of the Property subject to the conditions, reservations and servitudes which burden the land on which the Property is situated.
CONDITIONS AND SERVITUDES. THE PROPERTY shall be sold as described in the existing Title Deed or Deeds and is subject to all conditions and servitudes (if any) attached thereto or mentioned or referred to in the said Title Deed or Deeds.

CONDITIONS AND SERVITUDES. The sale is subject to all the conditions and servitudes contained or referred to in the existing title deed of the property, to all restrictions upon the use of the property which may be laid down by the authorities and to all conditions of any relevant town planning scheme.
