CONDITIONS FOR AGREEMENT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE. ‌ This Agreement shall not become effective unless each of the following conditions are met: (1) The Agreement is approved by the Building and Construction Trades Department, AFL-CIO, (2) the Agreement is approved and executed by an executive officer of the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER OR GENERAL CONTRACTOR, and (3) the Agreement is executed by (1) the Council, on behalf of itself, (2) as well as the participating affiliated Local Unions; and (3) the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection or her designee.
