CONDITIONS FOR AGREEMENT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE. This Agreement shall not become effective unless each of the following conditions are met: the Agreement is executed by (1) the Council, on behalf of itself, (2) the participating affiliated Local Unions; and (3) the Commissioner of DDC or their designee.

This Agreement shall not become effective unless each of the following conditions are met: the Agreement is executed by (1) the Council, on behalf of itself, ; (2) the participating affiliated Local Unions; and (3) an Executive Officer of the Commissioner Prime Contractor with authority to bind the organization; and the Agreement is approved by (1) the Building and Construction Trades Department; and (2) the Federal Highway Administration of DDC or their designeethe U.S. Department of Transportation.
