Conditions for Contributions. A Working Group Participant may not make any Contribution unless that Working Group Participant is the exclusive copyright owner of the Contribution or has sufficient copyright rights from the copyright owners to make the Contribution under the terms of this Promoter Agreement. The Working Group Participant must disclose the identities of all known copyright owners in the Contribution.
